These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the website www.myeuropetransfer.com (“Platform”), owned and operated by My Europe Transfer, a transport service provider based in Hungary (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Services

My Europe Transfer offers an online booking platform for private car transfer services. We connect users (“you”) with independent third-party drivers (“Drivers”) who provide the actual transport services. We do not operate vehicles ourselves.

2. Bookings & Payments

You can book transport services by submitting your trip details through the Platform. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

All prices are clearly displayed before booking. Currencies and payment methods may vary depending on your location.

3. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No refunds are granted for later cancellations, no-shows, or non-refundable bookings unless required by law.

4. Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information

• Arrive on time at the agreed location

• Treat the Driver respectfully and follow applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service if these obligations are not met.

5. Liability

My Europe Transfer provides only the booking service and is not responsible for the performance of Drivers. We are not liable for delays, damages, or other issues during your trip. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

6. Privacy

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of My Europe Transfer and may not be copied, used, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, submitting false bookings, or using the Platform for illegal or unethical purposes.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. The updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hungary.
